Warranty

Pte Ltd will offer Warranty service
as a Value Added Service on behalf of the principals.
To obtain Warranty service:
-
Warranty
confirmation form must be presented together with the Original Sales Invoice duly stamped
and dated.

We
will forward the RMA request to the principal company.
-
Warranty
replacement in such case can take between 4-6 weeks.
Warranty is VOID if any defect such as the below list is
found on the defective products returned:
-
Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other
acts of nature, unauthorized persons or technical representatives.
-
Repair or attempted repair by unauthorized persons or
technical representatives.
-
Products on which the serial number have been defaced,
modified or removed.
-
Any damages caused by use of equipment/system not meeting
standard specifications.
-
Any damage of the product due to shipment.
-
Any other causes which does not relate to product defects.
-
Software-related problems (exp. software compatibility,
viruses)
-
Battery condition, AC Adapter, dead-pixels
on LCD.
-
Defects caused
by end-user tampering
-
The customer is responsible for
returning and collecting the defective product at his/her own expense.
IT
Image Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:
Ø Damage to other property caused by defects in the product,
damage based upon inconveniences.
Ø Losses due to loss of time/use of product, loss of
profit/business opportunity, loss of goodwill or any other commercial losses,
even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Ø
Any other damages, whether incidental,
consequential or
otherwise.
Ø
Any claim against the customer by any other
party.
